Tour the facility and get your questions answered — the meet & greet visit is completely free, no fee or deposit. You will receive an e-mail once your visit is confirmed; if your chosen date/time is not available, we will contact you and plan a new time together. We are closed on Sundays.
Training / consulting appointments are paid. To confirm the appointment a refundable 500 TL deposit is taken: it is fully refunded when you arrive (or deducted from your first service). Cancelling 7+ days ahead is refundable; cancellations within the last 7 days, no-shows and arriving 30+ minutes late are non-refundable. We are closed on Sundays.
