From a full bath to targeted ear, paw and eye care, our grooming team handles small and large breeds with the same attention to detail, using fixed, transparent pricing.

Bathing, Built Around Size and Coat
We price bathing by size because a large-breed bath takes more time, water and product than a small-breed one, and we want the price to reflect that honestly rather than charge one flat rate for very different jobs. Every bath includes drying and a basic brush-out.
Beyond bathing, we offer a hygiene trim (paw, sanitary area and eye area) as an optional add-on. We do not offer full-body or style grooming. Ear, paw and eye care are also available as standalone add-ons.
Staying calm during grooming matters for the safety of both the dog and our team. For their own safety and that of our groomers, we do not take dogs that show aggressive behaviour into our grooming service.
Why Regular Grooming Matters
A bath doesn't just keep your dog clean; it directly affects skin and coat health. Dogs that aren't washed regularly are more prone to matted fur, a higher risk of ear infections and skin irritation. Keeping the grooming interval regular is especially important for long-haired breeds and dogs with allergy-prone skin.
Individual services such as nail, ear and eye care are areas that often get overlooked but are critical for health. Overgrown nails can affect the way a dog walks, and uncleaned ears can set the stage for infection. That's why we also offer these services independently of a bath.
Care Add-Ons
Alongside bathing, we offer individual care services based on what your dog needs.
Ear Care
Cleaning and checking the ear canal, which should be done regularly, especially for breeds with floppy ears.
Paw Care
Care covering nail trimming, tidying fur and checking the paw pads.
Eye Care
Cleaning around the eyes and checking for irritation, recommended especially for long-haired breeds.
How Grooming Works
From booking to pick-up in a few steps — if your dog is boarding or in daycare, the bath is added to your reservation as a checkout bath.
Appointment
All grooming runs by appointment; that's how we keep the quality up. Book from your member panel, or we can settle a date on WhatsApp. If your dog is boarding or in daycare on those days, simply add the bath to your reservation as a checkout bath.
Details up front
At booking we confirm your dog's size (small or large breed — that sets the price bracket), any known skin sensitivity or allergy, and the add-ons you'd like (ear, paw and eye care; hygiene trim). Every item is clear from the start — no surprises.
Drop-off
You hand your dog over with just their leash. Staying calm during grooming matters for their safety and our team's; we don't force the process on dogs that are highly anxious or show aggression — for their own good.
Bath & care
Washed with shampoo and products suited to their coat and skin; drying, a brush-out and a general check are standard. Your chosen add-ons are done in the same session. The hygiene trim covers the paws, the sanitary area and around the eyes — we don't do full-body or style grooming.
Pick-up
You collect your dog dried, brushed and checked; for a checkout bath, at the agreed checkout time. Mild, short-lived redness around the eyes can occur after a bath — it's normal and passes.
The PatiLee Difference
We treat grooming as a health and hygiene service, not a beauty treatment. Our difference is in the approach:
- Hygiene first, honest limits — bathing, drying, brush-out and a hygiene trim for skin and coat health; we don't promise cosmetic work such as full-body or style grooming.
- Published fixed pricing by size — two clear brackets for small and large breeds, add-ons on separate lines; the price list is open to everyone, no haggling, no surprises.
- Safety and welfare first — no procedure is forced on a dog that can't stay calm; your dog's safety and our team's come before every session.
- One system with boarding and daycare — a checkout bath is added to your reservation and appears as its own line on the same contract and account statement; you follow everything from your panel.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the bath price set by breed?
Pricing is split into two categories by the dog's size: small breed and large breed. You can confirm which category applies to your dog through our contact form.
Are ear, paw and eye care included in the bath?
No, these are separate services and are charged separately. If you request them during the bath, they can be done in the same session.
What is a hygiene trim?
A hygiene trim is practical grooming of areas such as between the paws, the sanitary area and around the eyes. We do not offer full-body or style grooming, and we can discuss whether it suits your dog before the appointment.
Do I need to book grooming in advance?
Yes, to keep the quality of our service consistent, all grooming is by appointment. Message us with your preferred day and your pet's breed and size, and we will confirm a slot.
Do you use products suitable for dogs with sensitive skin?
Yes, we use shampoos and grooming products suitable for dogs with skin sensitivities. If your dog has a known allergy, please let us know when booking.
Can I add grooming to a boarding or daycare stay?
Yes, you can also use our bathing and grooming services during a boarding or daycare stay. Just let us know when booking.
Is pricing negotiable?
No, our grooming prices are fixed and the same for every client.
Do you groom anxious or reactive pets?
We assess this case by case. For animals that are highly anxious or show aggression, we may decline the service for the safety of the pet and our groomers, in line with our general welfare policy.
