Dog Boarding
Dogs stay in cageless, elevated wooden structures with 24/7 auto-refilling filtered water fountains and antibacterial flooring. Indoor and outdoor play zones give dogs room to move, and our optional Special (VIP) Care package adds extra individual attention for dogs who need it.
Cat Boarding
Cats have their own custom cat houses, hypoallergenic litter, and a mix of enclosed and open play areas with scratching posts and climbing structures, kept entirely separate from the dog areas.
Daycare
Daycare runs from 08:00 to 18:00, with a maximum stay of 8 hours per day. It is a supervised option for owners who need their pet looked after during the day without a full overnight stay.

Do you use cages for boarding?
No, there are no cages anywhere on our premises. Dogs stay in cageless elevated structures and camera-monitored suites, and cats have their own custom cat houses.
Can we visit and tour the boarding area first?
We do not offer general facility tours, to protect the welfare and security of the animals already boarding with us. We are glad to answer specific questions and share photos .
Will we get daily updates on our pet?
We share updates on a weekly, not daily, basis. This lets our team focus on caring for the animals rather than producing constant content.
What should we bring for boarding?
Bring your pet's regular food, any medication with clear instructions, a familiar toy or blanket, and vaccination records.
Is there a maximum daycare duration?
Yes, daycare runs 08:00 to 18:00, capped at 8 hours per day. For longer stays, overnight boarding applies.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 10:00. Boarding is billed per night, so pickups after 10:00 may incur an additional night's fee.
