1) Parties
The Business (PatiLee): Patilee Premium Pet Resort, Uskumruköy Mh. Enez Sok. No:2/1, Sarıyer / İstanbul (0850 840 86 00 · patilee@patilee.com). The Pet Owner: the person whose identity and contact details are stated in this form. The agreement forms a whole together with its annexes and enters into force on the date of approval.
2) Subject of the Agreement (Work)
This work agreement covers the provision of services such as feeding, transport, bathing, clipping, pool, safe accommodation, training and consultancy, under special and appropriate conditions, to the pet identified in the form during the periods when it is not with its family.
3) Obligations of the Owner
The owner shall hand over the pet with all vaccinations required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Turkish Veterinary Medical Association completed, free of health problems, together with its vaccination card and its food. Any illness, socialisation/aggression problem or — for females — the heat period must be declared; if not declared, the owner is liable for all material and physical damage that may arise. The owner is obliged to complete the agreement fully and with accurate declarations.
4) Obligations of the Business
PatiLee is obliged to provide care, accommodation, training, transport, bathing and clipping services in accordance with the agreement for pets delivered in compliance with the rules, on condition that the fee is paid in advance. It is closed to requests and expectations outside the agreement; it accepts no liability towards third parties.
5) Admission Restrictions
Animals without an up-to-date vaccination card; unneutered/scent-marking cats; newborn young and animals requiring medical follow-up or whose health status is uncertain are not admitted to the facility. Dogs with a risk of aggression/biting are not accepted for standard boarding; they are hosted only within the scope of training, in a separate area.
6) Heat Period of Female Animals
A female dog that comes into heat during boarding will disturb the entire order and peace of the facility and is therefore handed over immediately. Whether or not the owner is in that area on that day and date is irrelevant; the animal must be collected by the owner or by a relative. Uninformed excuses on this matter are not welcome.
7) Undertaking
7.1 That I will pay the total costs incurred in advance and that I accept price changes during the period;
7.2 That in the event of illness the private veterinarian I have specified will be contacted, or if unavailable, the responsible veterinarian, and that I am liable for all treatment costs;
7.3 That if I fail to pay the debt, I will pay it together with commercial default interest pursuant to art. 1530 of the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK);
7.4 That if I do not collect my animal on the specified date, I will pay a late fee based on the daily rate;
7.5 That if I neither collect my animal nor pay my debt, after 7 days my animal will be rehomed to a shelter/foundation/association/volunteers and my debt will be collected through enforcement proceedings;
7.6 That the identity and address/telephone details I have provided are genuine and that notifications shall be deemed valid, failing which art. 35 of the Notification Law (Tebligat Kanunu) shall apply;
7.7 That the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul shall have jurisdiction in disputes — I accept and undertake all of the above.
8) General Provisions
8.1 Animals are boarded under the conditions determined by PatiLee.
8.2 PatiLee is not liable for ordinary scratches/bruises/injuries that may occur during social play/socialisation or by the animal itself (stress, allergy, enclosed space etc.), nor for damage the animal may cause to the facility or to itself due to stress where isolation has been requested; by granting or withholding permission, these possibilities are accepted.
8.3 In the case of natural ailments arising from low immunity/insufficient vaccination/the group environment (e.g. conjunctivitis, allergy), the owner is informed; the referred or contracted veterinarian intervenes.
8.4 If illness/socialisation/aggression is not declared, the owner is liable for the damage.
8.5 Temporary eye redness may occur after bathing/grooming.
8.6 Clipping is done with clippers only; neglected/matted coats may show marks or irritation. A basic check-out grooming is performed on departure; a full bath is a separate, chargeable service.
8.7 For illnesses arising later, the veterinarian designated by the owner intervenes; in an emergency, PatiLee's veterinarian does.
8.8 If unusual barking/howling/excessive stress/self-harm or damage to the premises disrupts the order, the agreement is terminated and the animal is handed back to its owner.
8.9 All payments are made in advance at handover. There is no 24/7 personal live camera stream; the cameras exist for facility security.
8.10 The owner may not claim to be unaware of the service and its conditions (art. 2 of the Turkish Civil Code, TMK).
9) Boarding Details
9.1 At the start of the working day, all guests' toilet, eating and feeding needs are met; the facility is cleaned and disinfected.
9.2 Dogs are taken to their own lounges/rooms and rest.
9.3 During the day they are taken to the gardens in turn according to their energy/sleep state and given playtime.
9.4 Outside the garden, staff are not permanently stationed at the room/lounge doors.
9.5 Dogs are grouped according to their socialisation.
9.6 During the night's rest, guests are not disturbed unless there is an unexpected noise.
9.7 Working hours are Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00; a penalty fee is charged for check-outs outside these hours, and a reservation is mandatory.
9.8 Check-out is at 10:00; after that, daycare is charged.
9.9 Daycare is within working hours; if exceeded, the boarding fee is charged.
9.10 Long-term payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month; in the event of delay the arrangement is terminated, retrospective discounts are collected, and whether or not the animal is brought in does not change the fee.
10) Training
10.1 Because of the exercise/training and feeding regime applied to dogs in training, weight loss is normal in the initial period; muscle mass then increases.
10.2 The owner may see their dog for short periods, provided they book an appointment in advance and behave as instructed by the trainer.
10.3 While the training continues, the trainer shares images on social media as they see fit; no one-to-one sharing is made.
10.4 The food, any veterinary costs and the medication of dogs in training are payable by the owner.
10.5 Work is carried out within the programme during the adaptation period; an owner who does not attend appointments or does not comply with the programme is deemed to have accepted the shortcomings, and no make-up lesson is given.
10.6 Calls/interventions/uninformed criticism outside the designated times that affect operations are not welcome; the trainer may terminate the training and no refund is made.
11) Medication and Special Care
Written instructions are left for medication/special care; the team takes due care but does not assume responsibility for the administration of medication. It is recommended that animals requiring vital/critical medication follow-up be kept with their owner.
12) Communication
Unless something unexpected occurs, you will not be contacted; insistence is not welcome. If you cannot be reached, the veterinarian you specified is informed; the animal is not taken to them unless they come or have it collected by vehicle; in an emergency it is taken to the responsible or the nearest veterinarian.
13) Images and Social Media
PatiLee has the right to use images of boarding animals on social media and on its website (usually weekly, free of charge); it undertakes that these will not be immoral or degrading. The owner may not claim a fee/compensation; they may request removal, and PatiLee will evaluate and decide. Images are not shared via one-to-one messaging. Personalised photos/videos are a separate, chargeable service.
