If your question is not answered here, message us and we will get back to you directly.
The questions below are the ones families ask us most often before booking. They fall into three groups: how our facility operates (cage use, visits, photo and video updates), our acceptance policy (pricing, health documents, behavioral criteria) and our training & contract processes. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can reach us directly through the form on our contact page.
Do you keep animals in cages?
No. There are no cages anywhere on our premises. Dogs stay in cageless, elevated wooden structures and camera-monitored suites, and cats stay in cage-free cat lounges separate from the dogs, with enclosed play areas. We are a social facility; our guests are hosted together with other guests. If a cat or dog placed in the social environment does not get along with the others, they are moved directly to Private (VIP) Care: one of the lounges is allocated to that guest alone and the daily VIP fee (1,500 TRY + VAT) is added to the boarding. Owners may also choose Private (VIP) Care from the start.
Is a meeting required before booking? Can we tour the facility?
Yes, a get-to-know-you meeting before booking is required; we do not accept guests without a reference or who have not met us first. We do not offer in-person facility tours, for the peace and security of the animals already staying with us. Instead, during the meeting we show you the whole facility live over a 360-degree camera. The facility is also under CCTV recording 24/7.
Are your prices negotiable?
No. Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable for every service, because it reflects the actual cost of the staffing, facility and care involved. We do not offer discreet discounts.
What should we bring when boarding our pet?
Please bring your dog's own food, their collar and leash, any medication with clear dosing instructions, and current health and vaccination records. A favorite toy or blanket can help them settle in faster, and intake cannot begin without the health documents.
Is there a time limit on daycare?
Yes. The maximum daily stay for daycare is 6 hours. For anything longer, overnight boarding is the right option.
Do you accept dogs with behavioral problems?
Dogs with behavioral problems (aggression, severe anxiety and similar) are not accepted for standard boarding, but they are welcome within our training program. There they receive dedicated (VIP) care, stay in a separate area away from the other guests, and follow a daily routine arranged individually under a trainer's supervision, which keeps them, our other guests and our team safe. Animals that need medical treatment or whose health status is unclear are not hosted; in that case we first direct the family to a veterinarian.
What time is checkout for boarding?
Checkout time is 10:00. Boarding is billed per night, so a pickup after 10:00 may be billed for an additional night.
Will we get daily photos or videos of our pet?
We post weekly updates on social media, free of charge; daily photos and videos are not part of our standard service. On special request we offer paid personalized updates: ₺300 per photo and ₺600 per video. These are purchased as a set at the start of the stay and sent to you gradually throughout the boarding.
How much does dog training cost?
Training starts at $1,000 USD. The final price depends on the dog's needs and the length of the program, and is confirmed after our observation and assessment stages.
Do you sign a contract with every family?
Yes. Every family signs a notarized service contract (an Eser Sozlesmesi under Turkish law) before boarding, training or grooming begins. It sets out the scope of the service and each side's responsibilities.
Do you offer boarding for cats too?
Yes. Alongside dogs, we have cage-free, camera-monitored cat lounges, kept separate from the dog areas.
Do you offer transfer to pick up or drop off my pet?
We do not currently offer a transport service; you bring your companion to the facility and collect them yourself. You can create your boarding and daycare reservations from your account panel.
Is PatiLee a licensed business?
Yes. PatiLee is licensed by Turkey's Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and our facility is monitored by CCTV cameras around the clock.
