Frequently Asked Questions

If your question is not answered here, message us and we will get back to you directly.

Do you keep animals in cages?

No. There are no cages anywhere on our premises. Dogs stay in cageless, elevated wooden structures and camera-monitored suites, and cats have their own custom cat houses and enclosed play areas.

Can we tour the facility before booking?

We do not offer general facility tours. This protects the welfare and security of the animals already staying with us, and keeps the environment calm and predictable for them. We are happy to answer detailed questions and share photos instead.

Are your prices negotiable?

No. Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable for every service, because it reflects the actual cost of the staffing, facility and care involved. We do not offer discreet discounts.

What should we bring when boarding our pet?

Please bring your pet's regular food, any medication with clear dosing instructions, a favorite toy or blanket if they have one, and their vaccination records. Familiar items help most animals settle in faster.

Is there a time limit on daycare?

Yes. Daycare runs from 08:00 to 18:00, with a maximum stay of 8 hours per day. For anything longer, overnight boarding is the right option.

Do you accept aggressive dogs?

No. We decline aggressive, highly anxious or visibly unwell animals as guests. This is a welfare decision made for the animal's own comfort and the safety of our other guests and staff, not a judgment on the owner.

What time is checkout for boarding?

Checkout time is 10:00. Boarding is billed per night, so a pickup after 10:00 may be billed for an additional night.

Will we get daily photos or videos of our pet?

We share weekly, not daily, updates. PatiLee is a care facility first, and we prioritize giving animals proper attention over producing a constant stream of content. You will receive genuine updates on a regular schedule.

How much does dog training cost?

Training starts at $1,000 USD. The final price depends on the dog's needs and the length of the program, and is confirmed after our observation and assessment stages.

Do you sign a contract with every family?

Yes. Every family signs a notarized service contract (an Eser Sozlesmesi under Turkish law) before boarding, training or grooming begins. It sets out the scope of the service and each side's responsibilities.

Is PatiLee a licensed business?

Yes. PatiLee is licensed by Turkey's Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and our facility is monitored by CCTV cameras around the clock.
