This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it.
What We Collect
When you sign up and complete the digital agreement we collect your full name, phone number, e-mail address, your pet's details (name, species, breed, age, vaccination and health information, photo) and veterinarian details; when you make reservations, appointments or payment notifications from your member panel we collect the details of those transactions. When you reach us by phone or WhatsApp, only the information needed for the conversation is taken. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, whether that is about dog training, boarding and daycare, grooming, or a general question. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes. The KVKK consent box you tick before submitting the form provides the legal basis for this processing.
Payment and Card Details
Online payments made through patilee.com.tr are processed via the Garanti BBVA Virtual POS infrastructure with 3D Secure authentication. Your credit/debit card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) are processed directly in the secure systems of the banks and the payment institution; they are not seen, processed or stored by PatiLee. Our site only passes to the payment institution the name, contact and order/amount details needed to initiate the payment.
Cookies
Our site may use cookies to provide basic functionality (e.g. remembering your language preference, preserving the menu state) and analytics cookies to understand visitor behaviour anonymously. These cookies are not used to identify you directly. You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; in that case some functions of the site may not work as expected.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not share, sell or rent the personal data we collect to third parties for marketing purposes unless there is a legal obligation. Your data is kept accessible only within the PatiLee team, for the purpose of handling your inquiry.
That said, to operate the site we rely on a few trusted service providers, which may process the relevant data only to deliver their own service:
- Google (Analytics / Tag Manager): cookie-based measurement to analyse visitor behaviour anonymously.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): when you tap the "Chat on WhatsApp" button, messaging runs over WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure; the messages you send are processed on Meta servers.
- Vercel and Neon: hosting of our website and the database infrastructure where membership/reservation records are kept.
- Google Drive / Sheets: archiving the PDF copy of the digital agreement you sign.
- Netgsm: sending the SMS code that verifies your phone number during sign-up and agreement signing.
- Brevo: sending reservation and notification e-mails.
- Garanti BBVA (Virtual POS): for online card payments; your card details are processed directly on the bank's 3D Secure payment page and are not passed to PatiLee or stored on our site.
These providers do not use your data for their own marketing purposes. If you wish, you can disable cookies in your browser settings; you can also reach us by phone or e-mail instead of WhatsApp.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Information you provide through membership and requests is kept for a reasonable period after your inquiry has been resolved and any necessary correspondence is complete, and is then deleted. For families with whom we establish a booking or contractual relationship, records may be retained for longer, in line with our legal retention obligations.
Your Rights under KVKK
As a business operating in Turkey, PatiLee is subject to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Under this law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, whether in Turkey or abroad; to request that incomplete or inaccurately processed data be corrected; and to request that your data be erased or destroyed within the conditions set out in the legislation.
Requesting Deletion of Your Data
For the deletion or correction of your personal data, or for any question on this subject, you can e-mail us at patilee@patilee.com. Your request is assessed and concluded within a reasonable period once your identity has been verified.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data in our care against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Information received through membership and requests is accessible only to the team members responsible for handling your inquiry.
Data of Minors
Our site does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from visitors under the age of 18. If we identify a case where membership or a request needs to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor, we may seek parental consent before processing the relevant data.
Governing Law
PatiLee operates in Turkey, and this policy is governed primarily by Turkish data protection law, specifically the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698). If you are contacting us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we still handle your inquiry with the same care described above, though GDPR is not the primary legal framework governing a Turkey-based business like ours.

This privacy policy may be revised from time to time in line with changes in legislation or updates to our business practices. The current version is always published on this page.
