What We Collect
Our contact form asks for your full name, phone number, email address, the subject of your inquiry, and a free-text message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, whether that is about dog training, boarding and daycare, grooming, or a general question. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No Online Payments
This website does not process any payments or store any card details. All payment for our services is arranged directly with our team, in person or by bank transfer, once a booking is confirmed. There is no online checkout or card entry anywhere on this site.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for basic site functionality and for general analytics, such as understanding which pages visitors find useful. These cookies do not collect payment information or sensitive personal data.
To operate the site we rely on a few trusted service providers, which process the relevant data only to deliver their service:
- Google (Analytics / Tag Manager): cookie-based, anonymous traffic analysis.
- tawk.to: live-chat infrastructure; messages you type into the chat are processed on tawk.to servers.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): when you submit the contact/appointment form, your details are delivered to us by email.
These providers do not use your data for their own marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and choose not to use the live chat.
Requesting Deletion of Your Data
If you have submitted the contact form and would like us to delete the information you provided, email us at patilee@patilee.com with your request, and we will remove it from our records.
Governing Law
PatiLee operates in Turkey, and this policy is governed primarily by Turkish data protection law, specifically the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698). If you are contacting us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we still handle your inquiry with the same care described above, though GDPR is not the primary legal framework governing a Turkey-based business like ours.
