A Training Program Built Around Your Dog

Our dog training programs are designed by E.Asb. Irsat Uner, a trainer with a military background. Every dog arrives with different needs, so every program is shaped around your dog specifically.

Positive Method, Measured Approach

Our training relies on correct reinforcement, not pressure or fear. Irsat Uner's military-derived discipline is combined with a patient, consistent approach to training. The goal is not to change the dog alone, but to build up the communication a dog and its owner share.

For families who need advanced protection or working-dog training beyond standard obedience, we refer them to our sister brand ICONK9. At PatiLee, we focus on the everyday obedience, behavior correction and socialization needs of family dogs.

We sign a notarized service contract with every family, and our pricing is not open to negotiation. We do not accept aggressive or unwell dogs into the program, for the safety of our team and our other guests.

How Our Training Process Works

A five-step process that keeps us from starting a program before we truly know your dog.

  1. Book an Appointment

Reach us and share initial details about your dog and your expectations, so we can set a date for a first conversation.

  2. Exchange Introduction and Information

We gather detailed information about your dog's age, history, daily routine and any behavior issues. This stage is critical for designing the right program.

  3. Observe Your Dog

We observe your dog in person to assess its baseline behavior, reactions and learning pace.

  4. Assess and Decide

Based on the observation, we finalize the content, duration and goals of the right program for your dog, and confirm the plan together, openly.

  5. Train and Graduate

We run regular training sessions over the agreed program, and at the end, transfer the behaviors your dog has learned back to you, the owner.
