In our cat hotel in Zekeriyaköy, Sarıyer, Istanbul, your cat stays in quiet lounges completely separate from the dog wing. We build the day around the cat's own rhythm rather than a fixed program. Here's a day with us:
Morning care
Lounges are cleaned, litter refreshed and water changed; the morning meal follows your home schedule.
Play, watch, sleep
Climbs the structures, watches from lookout spots, and sleeps as much as it likes.
Evening meal
Dinner is served, litter checked and lounges settled for the night.

Cat Lounges, Climbing and Play Areas
Cats stay together with other cats in quiet cat lounges, fully separated from the dogs, with hypoallergenic litter. Indoor and outdoor play areas, scratching posts and climbing structures give them a safe space to satisfy their curiosity.
Cats are creatures of habit, so during the meet-and-greet we learn each guest's feeding routine, litter habits and temperament, and plan the stay accordingly. Private (VIP) Care: We are a social facility; our guests are hosted together with other guests. If a cat or dog placed in the social environment does not get along with the others, they are moved directly to Private (VIP) Care: one of the lounges is allocated to that guest alone and the daily VIP fee (1,500 TRY + VAT) is added to the boarding. Owners may also choose Private (VIP) Care from the start.
Our long-term (monthly) boarding service has been discontinued as it was open to misunderstandings. All stays are charged per night.
How Boarding Works

Meet-and-greet appointment
You book a meet-and-greet from the panel. You get to know our team, take a live 360-degree camera tour of the whole facility, and tell us about your cat's feeding routine, litter and sleep habits. We don't start a stay without this meet-and-greet — cats are creatures of habit, and without knowing your cat's routine we can't create the calm, stress-free environment it needs. If you're already a PatiLee member, you can go straight to making a reservation.
Membership & contract
You create your membership with a single SMS and fill in your digital contract — an official document, drawn up in line with Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulations, recording your cat's vaccination and health information, feeding and care details. You fill it in once; for later stays your details are ready in the system.
Reservation & payment
You choose your check-in and check-out dates from the panel. Once you pay in advance by bank transfer and upload the receipt, your reservation is confirmed — you'll see the confirmation in the panel.
Check-in day
All you need to bring is your cat's food and carrier — nothing else. Since health and vaccination details are already in your contract, check-in is quick and effortless.
Check-out
Just like a hotel, checkout is at 10:00. Pickups after 10:00 are counted as daytime care for that day; you collect your cat rested and with its routine intact.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do cats stay in the same area as dogs?
No. Our cat wing is fully separated from the dog section — quiet and calm. Cats neither see nor hear the dogs, so they board without stress.
Will my cat stay in a cage?
No. Cats stay together with other cats in cage-free cat lounges fully separated from the dogs, with scratching posts, climbing structures and indoor-outdoor play areas. We are a social facility; our guests are hosted together with other guests. If a cat or dog placed in the social environment does not get along with the others, they are moved directly to Private (VIP) Care: one of the lounges is allocated to that guest alone and the daily VIP fee (1,500 TRY + VAT) is added to the boarding. Owners may also choose Private (VIP) Care from the start.
Are litter and food included?
Hypoallergenic cat litter is included. To protect digestion we recommend bringing the food your cat is used to; otherwise we serve quality food available at the facility.
How much is cat boarding per night?
Cat boarding is 1,250 TRY per night + VAT. Private (VIP) Care is 1,500 TRY per day + VAT on top of boarding: a cat that does not get along with the others in the social environment is moved directly to VIP and a lounge is allocated to that cat alone; owners may also choose it from the start. Prices are transparent and the same for everyone.
Is a meet-and-greet required before booking?
Yes, a meet-and-greet is required before any reservation. We do not host physical facility tours; instead we show the facility live on 360-degree cameras during the meeting. The facility is camera-recorded 24/7.
Can I get updates about my cat during the stay?
We post weekly updates on social media. On special request we send personalised updates for a fee: 300 TRY per photo, 600 TRY per video.
What is the checkout time?
Just like a hotel, checkout is at 10:00. Pickups after 10:00 are counted as daytime care for that day.
Do you accept unvaccinated or unmicrochipped cats? Can I leave a cat I rescued from the street with you temporarily?
No. Under Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulations we can only host cats that are fully vaccinated and have a registered microchip; we also do not accept cats that have not been neutered/spayed. We cannot provide boarding for newly rescued strays without a vaccination card and microchip, and we do not offer shelter or foster care either. Vaccination, microchipping and neutering/spaying must first be completed by your veterinarian.
