- Vaccinations and a microchip are mandatory (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulations). We cannot offer shelter or foster services for newly rescued, unvaccinated or unchipped animals.
- Cats must be neutered/spayed.
- Dogs with behavioral problems (aggression, biting risk) are not accepted for standard boarding; they are hosted only within our training service.
- We cannot accept animals that need medical treatment or whose health status is unclear.
- A meeting before booking is required.

Pick a date and time that suits you in your customer panel. The visit is free; the 1,000 TL deposit taken to confirm the appointment is fully refunded when you arrive. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, and if you cancel more than 48 hours ahead your deposit is refunded.

Choose your dates and services and see your total (VAT included) instantly. Your reservation is confirmed once your payment is approved, and you are kept informed by email at every step.

On the day of your appointment, simply come to our facility in Zekeriyakoy with an up-to-date vaccination card and health documents; our intake check begins here.
