Buyer (“the Customer”): the natural or legal person who purchases the service by supplying their name, telephone number, e-mail address and the other requested details in the payment or booking form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of the services ordered electronically by the Buyer through patilee.com.tr — namely pet boarding, daycare, grooming and bathing, and dog training — the characteristics and price of which are set out below and on the payment screen, together with the resulting rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Service Details and Price

The type of service(s) purchased, the quantity or duration (nights, days, sessions, months), the unit price and the total amount are shown clearly to the Buyer on the order and payment screen. Our prices do not include VAT; 20% VAT is added to the total, displayed to the Buyer and collected accordingly. The VAT-inclusive grand total shown on screen is the final amount payable. Prices are calculated from the current price list; for services quoted in USD, such as dog training, the amount is converted into Turkish lira at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

4. Payment

Payments are taken by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico, PatiLee's contracted payment institution, with 3D Secure verification. Card details are never seen, processed or stored by PatiLee; payment takes place on the secure pages of the banks and the payment institution. Unless stated otherwise, payment is collected in advance, before the service is performed.

5. Performance of the Service

The service is provided on the dates or during the period agreed with the Buyer, at the PatiLee facility at the address given above. Boarding is calculated per night; check-out times and opening hours are set out in the Working Terms. The Buyer is obliged to hand the pet over in good health, with up-to-date vaccinations, and to declare all required information in full (see Terms of Service).

6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exceptions

As a rule, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days. However, under article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in respect of the following services:

  • Services relating to accommodation, the transport of goods, the supply of food and drink, and leisure or recreation that are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period (pet boarding and daycare fall within this scope);
  • Services the performance of which has begun with the consumer's consent (for appointment- or session-based services such as bathing, grooming and training, once the service has started);
  • Services prepared specifically for the Buyer in line with their own requests.

Where the right of withdrawal does apply, the Buyer may exercise it by sending notice to patilee@patilee.com; the Cancellation and Refund Terms then apply.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

The conditions governing booking cancellations, deductions and refunds are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Terms page, which forms an integral part of this agreement. Approved refunds are returned to the card or account used for payment within a reasonable period, subject to the payment institution's own processes (the statutory maximum being 14 days).

8. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that, before placing the order and making payment, they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement and of its annexes (Terms of Service, Working Terms, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Terms). The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the identity, contact and animal health information they provide. In cases of force majeure, the obligations of the parties are assessed within the framework of the applicable legislation.

9. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out have jurisdiction up to the monetary thresholds announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; above those thresholds, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

10. Entry into Force

Once the Buyer approves this agreement on the payment screen and completes payment, the agreement enters into force with all its terms and is deemed accepted by the parties.
